Python3 requests module

Has anyone got the requests module working on Python 3? It would open up the use of a lot of handy software on RISC OS.

I had a quick try of python38 -m pip install requests and it seems to install ok, but the certifi dependency is tripping up over RISC OS filenaming.

ValueError: 'cacert.pem' must be only a file name

Python310 doesn’t have a version of the pip module.
