No break key! Halp!

I got a nice compact little usb kbd for my Pi. It is nice and little. But I have no break key and I must reboot. Or even trigger the watcher. Any way to map the functionality to some other key? ctl-alt-delete maybe ;-) ? |

Really? Nobody else use a compact keyboard with RISC OS? C’mon Nemo, surely you have a magic module to do keyboard trickery? |

Does the keyboard have a Pause key? Ctrl-Fn-Pause works on my Acer Revo keyboard as Ctrl-Break. |

I’m not sure. Maybe this post helps. |

Thank Raik – that seems to work perfectly well. For anyone else with a similar problem keycap is at http://www.effarig.co.uk/riscos/download/keymap.zip |

Sorry, I was on holiday. As it happens, the Cerilica MMK keyboard shipped with a module that moved Break-related reset actions to the dedicated power key (which was some way above the function keys, not dangerously close to PageUp and the same key as the Wimp Watchdog. That prevented a LOT of unintended Ctrl-Breaks. Looks like this is under control now but yeah, it’s easy. |
