A WIMP Hello World?

Just tried it; that is the problem (of course, when I called GCC from the command line I only added the libraries I needed). This might trip others up who aren’t used to RISC OS:

• IDEs usually default to a minimal list of libraries, unless (like Code::Blocks) they have templates for different types of application.

• It’s not normal to have two or more libraries defining the same named functions. Typical practice where it is desired to amend how an existing function works is to add the suffix ‘_ex’ to the new version.
