The program roprinters 1.91a did not work with 32 bit. Module PDriver is not 32 bit compatible. Is there a version that can do this? https://roprinters.sourceforge.net/ Micky |

I think the one you’ve linked to is an update for RISC OS4, so may not be fully 32 bit compatible. You want the printers pacakge off this site (v1.91) either download the HardDisc4 image from the downloads page https://www.riscosopen.org/content/downloads/common https://packages.riscosopen.org/rool/PrintingDetails.html#Printers |

Thanks. I need printing over network. Is there any printer driver that can do this? Micky |

Are you printing from RISC OS, and what printer are you wanting to print to? |

And, assuming you are printing from RO, is this native or under emulation? |

The printer is a Kyocera FS-1030D. With USB directly from Risc OS Pi it works. I use it with Postscript. “And, assuming you are printing from RO, is this native or under emulation?” Micky |

This is an old printer. It doesn’t have any built-in ability to be on a network. You are able to use it from R0 already. I take it this means that you also want to be able to print to it from something else on your LAN? |

It has a built in network card. printing on network is possible. The printer has: USB, parallel and network. Micky |

The information about the optional network interface that I’ve been able to find, doesn’t tell me anything about the protocol(s) it supports. But visit https://bellon.org/sw-modules.html and you may find that either RemotePrinterFS or JetDirectFS will allow you to do what you want. |

From memory, treat it like a HP4/5 and things work. Been a while since I printed anything, even at work. |

Works very well over network with my printer. Micky |
