Is this correct to underclocking Raspberry Pi 3b+?

force_turbo=1
over_voltage=-7
arm_freq=900
sdram_freq=500
disable_overscan=0

Information about over_voltage I have from this side:

It works, but I’m not shure because CPU Clock works not like before.

Ok, I answer me.

The single line that I need to add is: arm_freq=900

I did not need the force_turbo and the other lines.
