Eureka Expression

I maintain a spreadsheet that, amongst other things, records rainfall amounts every 24 hours. In a separate cell W200, I have the expression =MAX where cell S14 contains the earliest relevant date and cell S156 contains the latest relevant date. Thus W200 contains the value of the highest rainfall in the relevant period. In X200 I display the date when the highest rainfall occurs. I do this manually. I think the value in X200 could be picked up automatically using the MATCH and MAX commands. the dates are listed in B14 to B156. However try as I might I cannot get it to work correctly. Can anyone kindly help me please and tell me what expression should be in X200?
