Difficulties in contacting ROOL

Given problems with email forwarding, and not registering new forum users due to spam, I offered to post here regarding a user’s problems with RISC OS 5.30 WiFi, see https://stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?p=431179#p431179. Could someone please get in touch with them to allow them to register here? They are coming back to using DDE in the RISC OS world after some time, so no doubt be helpful for that reason too.
