ROOL Store

Is anyone else having trouble with buying from the ROOL store ?

Paypal is reporting “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later” when clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Tried on Iris (RISC OS), Chrome (Android & Windows) and clearing cache/cookies dosn’t seem to make any difference.

Working OK up here. I added a drinks coaster to my basket, but didn’t go all the way to purchase as they don’t sell cold drinks to go with them

Looks like it’s down again… let me add an item to the basket, but then when I tried to add a second item, the “Things don’t appear to be working…” message appeared. Now I can’t add any items at all without the message.

After a bit more checking, it appears to be fine for buying ONE item – I have followed this through to checkout and paid successfully. Trying to add two to the basket seems to break it.

I wonder if it’s a ROOL issue or a PayPal one?

Here’s me adding 3 items with no problem to counter that theory…

Yep. Working properly for me too now!

I could only do one thing at a time because my safety net anonymises things, which includes discarding cookies carried across to certain known sales sites, so adding anything to the basket is effectively a whole new basket. It’s by design. ;)
