Help required to test PackMan

I’m not getting the time to properly test PackMan at the moment and am hoping some kind people here can try out the next release for me before I put it on the package list. The binary is on my GitHub page under releases. https://github.com/alanbu/packman/releases/tag/v0.9.8, called packman_0.9.8-1_arm.zip. I’ve run my automatic tests and tried it on RISC OS 5 on RPCEmu and a Raspberry Pi, but as I don’t use RISC OS so often now, I’d like a few other people to try it before it goes on general release. You can install it by pulling it out of the zip file or dropping the zip file on an earlier running version of PackMan. The help file contains my contact details and a History page to show what’s changed (thanks to the people who contacted me with bugs that needed fixing or ideas to improve the UI). Email is the best way to contact me, but I try to look at this forum once a week at least. |
