Using DDE on rpcemu

Hi All,
I’ve copied and unzipped the DDE to my HostFS folder, when I try to run the !CC compiler I get a message saying “You need version 1.21 of the FrontEnd module to run !CC”

I’m guessing that there is a script that I haven’t run? (The 32bit libraries have installed OK)

I’m using RPCEmu v0.8.11 with the riscos-3.71.rom. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m using an early ROM – the DDE is fine on my new RISCPC 600 with the 5.20 ROOL ROMs.

You don’t appear to be running the setup on a RO5.2x machine – the FrontEnd module is in the 500.modules directory of the !System and would just load when RMEnsured in the Run file

For the CC installation there is probably a nice readme file that says to load the supplied !system so that FrontEnd is then available on the machine…
