Hello, i’m completly new to RISC OS. Can someone please tell me how to change the Window Decoration to the one used on “classic” RISC OS machines (i think the style is called “Salt and Pepper” from what i’ve read so far). Thanks, |

Which machine are you using, and which version of RISC OS are you using? (Go to the icon on the bottom right of the desktop, press Menu – the middle mouse button – and go up to info.) |

If you have the newest HardDisk image there should be a theme manager. Click menu (middle click, scrollwheel) on the Raspberry and left click on “configure”. Either you’ll find a “theme” icon or not :) |

Egon: If you are using the image from RaspberryPi.org, have you updated the OS since? The OS version on there is very old (from when the Pi port was quite new) and the newer versions are more stable. I would suggest also downloading the latest ROM and copying this over (RISCOS.IMG) if you haven’t done so. The image on the RISC OS Open site is more up-to-date if you need to create a new card. |

Hello, 1. Downloaded the RC11 Image from Raspberrypi.org and wrote it to the SD card to have anything to start from I haven’t updated to ROM yet but will give it a try this evening. |
