UKEU territory (test)

Quick hack time,

UK territory, identifies itself as “UKEU” when you ask it, otherwise “UK” (meaning stuff expecting to find “UK” resources will keep working ;-) ).

Changes:

• Identifies currency as EUR and €
• Identifies timezone as CET (+1) and CEST (+2)

Everything else (timezone rules etc) are as for the European version. This will be wrong in various respects (the French format their numbers differently); this is primarily to see how RISC OS will behave with a territory having an offset timezone (CET) as standard – as mentioned in this thread (and it shouldn’t be too hard to make a UK territory with a regional Australian timezone); and I’m sure the Germans will do it differently to the French so I’ll just stick to UK-style if you don’t mind… (^_^)
