Wi-Pi & RISC OS

Any chance of getting the Wi-Pi to run under RISC OS?

AIUI Wi-Pi is standard USB WiFi dongle.
Postings from those much more able than I, have stated that adding USB WiFi dongle support to RISC OS is non trivial.
I’m not sure a specific bounty is the answer as someone doing it purely for the money would probably want a nought added to what could probably be raised by a bounty.
I think the only chance will be if a highly competent programmer with relevant experience returns to RISC OS and wants USB WiFi themselves. As that is unlikely I hope I’m wrong.
Fortunately using a USB powered nano router achieves the same result, though they are more costly and much bulkier.

Thanks for putting me out of my agony. Looks like I’ll have to find another solution…..
