New Makefile for cmodule

I’m currently using the “old” style makefile for building modules.
I tried to use the “new” style, but it doesn’t make sense.

If I take a copy of the CModule directory, it won’t work unless I keep “include CModule” in which case all the variables are the CModule ones.

e.g. if I copy CModule and call it test, then rename everything from CModule to test it doesn’t work.

it says

Now in the original case this was CModule, there is no file called CModule.CModule either so the CModule application shouldn’t build either.

What dark magic is going on here?
