Hearsay raspberry pi.

Has anyone got hearsay working on a raspberry pi? I can see the serial debug output on my laptop when I start my pi but can’t get any output from hearsay. An idiots guide to getting hearsay working would be helpful. |

Yes and no. Hearsay works fine…with the telnet driver. ;-) As for the Pi’s serial port, it seems RISC OS doesn’t support this via SerialOp (why?) so you’ll need to play around with Tank’s PiSerial driver (note there is a helper module and the loader for it doesn’t appear to work so you’ll need to RMLoad it yourself). |

Never realised the loader didn’t work!! |

Rick Thanks I found the PiSerial driver module. The block drivers work but I can’t get hearsay to work. Tank. Thanks I tried your update to confirm that it loaded the necessary modules to get the block drivers working and it worked fine. |

I can’t get hearsay to work. On my Iyonix, I had to use the (packaged I think) driver from David Pilling, the existing one with the same name did not let Hearsay work. Have you had Hearsay working on your Iyonix? you might see what I’m talking about. |
