Store: Payment being processed

Short version: How long does this usually take? Slightly longer version: I’ve made my first purchase from the Store app, and it’s been sitting on “payment being processed” for about 14 hours at this point. Is this a manual process, or is it an automatic one that’s stalled for some reason? Do I need to contact somebody or just wait it out? Thanks :) |

My recent orders have turned up at about 2300hrs. It is a manual process. |

Hopefully this is all resolved now – we did have some delays post-London-show due to travel etc. We only got back to base yesterday. In the interim, I made sure that most R-Comp purchases were auto-approved on trust, but obviously we couldn’t do that for 3rd party Anyway, normal service should now be resumed, so purchases should activate in a timely manner. |

Yep, it came through (I actually got two confirmation emails, but was only charged once so just an oddity rather than a problem). |
