External DVDRW drive.

Mar 25, 2016 9:06am Mike Carter (36) 51 posts	Can anyone give any recommendations for a DVDRW drive? Either USB or SATA with adaptor.

Mar 25, 2016 9:34am jim lesurf (2082) 1438 posts	Not sure about “recommend” but I did buy a Samsung USB example from CPC which worked OK with my ARMiniX for reading discs. (Bought it mainly for use with a Linux laptop.) Model number on the label on the bottom says “Model SE-208”. Jim

Mar 25, 2016 10:51am Chris Hall (132) 3554 posts	I use a Pioneer DVRTD11RS connected by SATA on my Titanium and connected via a USB to SATA adapter on my ARMX6. CDVDBurn version 2.09s works on the ARMX6 and version 2.02b can write CDs and DVD-RAMs (only) on the Titanium. RISC OS can only read ISO cds/DVDs not UTF.
