MPro: Setting a default "File in" value

Hi,

In Messenger Pro (v 7.08) I would like to set a default value for the “File in” email folder pull down in the Edit Email window, so I don’t have to manually set this every time I send an email.

Currently, I need to route through to a subdirectory in the my gmail folders each time. It would be great to remove this step.

Is this possible?

The “file in” folder can be set in a number of ways. Firstly, it can be overriden for any folder by doing Group→Edit Choices and altering the default sent folder.

If using gmail in IMAP mode, the sent folder can be set for the IMAP account in the Choices→Group Management window, I think. It might be Choices→User details now that I think about it. That’s Choices from the iconbar menu.

In offline/POP mode you may also be able to set it in Choices→User details, although there’s usually less of a need to change the default for a POP account, as it is a completely local folder.
