It’s definitely ambitious. I am not a man for porting, though. I’ve done it many times when necessary, but it’s super boring trying to get my head around another developers thought-process. After that, it’s fine as I’m okay at troubleshooting and I actually quite enjoy the experience. Keeping motivated through the boredom in the beginner trying to understand someone else’s code is torture for me. I have a lot more fun designing and writing stuff myself. On a similar note, writing an 802.11 stack would be a lot of fun. I had started some very rough plans and ideas how to build it for RO but today when I tried to get the spec, I found out you need to buy them from IEEE for 300-800 USD. My wife would kill me for sure if I spent that on a 20 meg pdf. I don’t even use WiFi much, so she would be asking me why I was so desperate to write a WiFi stack. tl;dr I still need a new project. xD |

How about an up to date RDP client and server combo? |

I’ll look into it. |

So I have looked into it. It would be great to bring virtual application support to RO but I was surprised how big a project this is. I’m probably not going to pursue this at this time. xD |
