!Zip2000: missing menu?

HI there,

I recently got !Zip2000 to work on my Raspberry Pi2 computer, thanks to Steffen Huber who pointed me to a ARMv7 compatible version, and of course Chris Grandsen who built it. It’s available at: http://www.riscosports.co.uk/zip2000.zip

However, I am trying to change font and background color, but I am unable to do so.
According to the !Help file:

“The Choices dialogue box contains a number of options: (…)
Default colours: Choose your default screen colours here.
At the moment, this will usually not take
effect until the game is restarted.”

However, I can’t find any Choices dialogue box. Where is it? Has anybody seen it?

PD: Playing these games on a white background makes my eyes tired and irritated. They were, in fact, designed to be player with a green/white font on a black background.
