We might not have a lot in the way of frameworks and facilities, but at least we’re not that omnishambles.

Hmm. Ancient and mysterious ruins at the bottom from the kingdom of Arthur. A patchwork of abandoned and half forgotten pieces above. All around it and permeating though it, new sections rapidly mutating and growing in tumor like fashion.
That last bit sounds kind of negative. Like good tumors? erm. Analogies fail me.

Missed one. I should have said Arthurian legend. Also, buds are nice. How about budding functionality?
