yup 27 November of 30 years ago ARM Ltd was born, but the ARM chip is obviously older than that ;) for the dates, the “official” are:

Yes, but they had the ARM 1 and 2 on the Acorn side, and went straight to the ARM 6 on the ARM side. The ARM 4 or 5 never were, but there was an ARM 3 in my Acorn A5000. |
