T-shirts

I used to have a T-shirt with Acorn on the front . Then for many years I used to buy very handsome Lua T-shirts. Thanks to Brexit, the pound is now so low that I can no longer afford those. The last has succumbed to turmeric stains, the downside of my weekly curry-making efforts, as did all its predecessors. If ROOL could market a turmeric-proof RISC OS T-shirt I might be tempted. |

If anyone can produce a turmeric proof T-shirt or any other item of clothing they are going to go past Bill Gates in the wealthy list really quickly. |

Maybe turmeric coloured could be a suitable substitute for turmeric proof? At least you wouldn’t see the stains! :D |

We could design another new RISC OS logo cunningly shaped like splatters of curry and the T-shirt defence mechanism would be complete. |

Or decide that any curry stain is the RISC OS logo? Instant mega-marketing! Could make a predesktop procedurally generated icon for Tasks, so you get a unique Stain everytime you boot up. |

Now that’s innovation! Make sure the icon generator is wrtten in hex, so the code is easily maintainable for someone who prefers hex. |

You could go for a Cloverleaf T-shirt – https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/riscos-cloverleaf/cloverleaf-built-on-the-powerful-open-source-risc-os |

I am tempted to blame that programme on TV about Marcel Duchamp for all these creative suggestions.:) |

Please can anyone still wearing Clan sweatshirts retire them now :) |

I’d have to find the drawer it’s stashed in first. |

Well either it shrinks, or the wearer… And the ones I saw last were certainly a shade of ‘off-white’. |

No, I’m not shrinking, and… A pre-op weigh in back in July showed me to be 2 kg heavier than the weight I regularly noted when working on similar calibrated scales in the late 1980s |
