"Largely"?

The second sentence of the home page always amuses me. Are there any parts of ROOL which are run on an involuntary basis?

Maybe the ‘voluntry basis’ as in unpaid is because AIUI they also do paid for development work through the company!
I would have thought it better to have two separate legal entities. That way they would have avoided probably having to have the voluntary part registered for VAT!
