Just mentions Jews and/or the Illuminati and people are like “yeah, that makes sense”.
You might laugh, but there are people who really believe that the Earth is flat. What do they suppose is underneath? |

There is no “underneath,” just as there is no time before the Big Bang. |

There was an interesting series of five short (less than 15 minutes each) programmes on the iPlayer over New Year. They were called The Death of Nuance . One of the ideas they dealt with was how we have evolved to make snap decisions and how this instinct has led to the binary divisions seen in much of modern society. |

Chris say’s she wants the chip that lets her listen in to Planet Rock, a colleague suggested that you need to choose the queue in the Covid-pod1 carefully because he thinks his control messages are coming through in Russian.
Trump didn’t steal the election in 2016 – they bought that one. 1 Instant building, with a fairly instant network connection – hey we only have one pair of hands on site2 so “tag, he’s ‘it’” and I get to play with kit from home. 2 Bubbles |

Well, nearly 24 hours since I made that remark and I find myself considering a profound apology… … to the rocks I so maligned by putting them even vaguely in the bracket of the Trumpians. Sidney Powell now has 1.3billion reasons why she shouldn’t have… All this and so far the dupester hasn’t been hit, just his dupes. Wait until Jan 21 and see how fast New York can tag him with papers. |

PPN for me (symphonic metal, think Epica, Within Temptation, Apocalyptica (cello metal FTW!)). It would be good to be able to listen to that while at work. So if there’s a chip that can do that, sign me up.
Funny, as you wrote that I was working on some revisions to my ESP32 based streaming radio.
Rocks are useful. One can throw them at Trump supporters… …I’ll go get my coat. It’s the one with the big lined pockets. |

Apparently the vaccine chip is based on a guitar amp schematic 0. Is this the next Spotify thing..? 0 https://www.guitarworld.com/news/conspiracy-theorists-share-schematic-for-5g-chip-they-claim-is-implanted-in-covid-19-vaccines-only-its-actually-for-the-boss-metal-zone |

Cruel and unusual punishment, for rocks.
That was the origin of the Planet Rock running joke in the house. |

There’s just so much mockery to be had with that, air guitar, brilliant. That’ll go down a treat next time Iced Earth is playing. But, on a serious note, do you or Chris or your NHS friends know where the obviously labelled footswitch is supposed to plug in? We aren’t quite at Ghost in the Shell level tech yet… |

There’s now a picture in my mind of someone inserting a standard 1970’s chunky jack plug, with ribs for extra grip… |

Funny I should have said that. Idly looking at the pics of the idiots wanted by the Feds, I was like “huh? the f…? isn’t that Jon Schaffer?”. Answer – yes. He’s the founder and main song writer of Iced Earth, as well as half of Demons & Wizards. Yeah, and like how stupid do you need to be to storm a government building when you’re like a rock star? I mean, if I, who isn’t exactly a fan, recognised him from various videos I’ve watched on YouTube, could spot him… how long d’you think it took law enforcement? Dumbass. 🤦 |

Someone has to put the rock in rock star :) Easy to spot? Pretty much it seems – 10:38 on the 7th |

A level of stupidity not restricted to rock stars it seems. ‘Baked Alaska’ overcooked – on parole in Arizona and limited to the state, live streams his illegal activity in DC for 27 minutes and gets pulled by the Feds in Texas while there’s a live warrant for him back in Arizona for jumping bail. Pseudo-rock. |

Seeing a lot of that here as well. The number of reports regarding drivers caught speeding or driving long distances for takeaways, etc. Once stopped it turns out they are uninsured/banned/over the limit/carrying drugs/etc. You would think that they would try a bit harder NOT to bring attention to themselves in these situations! |

I think the correct description is “rocks-in-the-head stars”. |
Chris Hall (132) 3554 posts |
driving long distances for takeaways, I think if I was stopped whilst (for example) carrying drugs etc. I would probably say I was out for a takeaway rather than for something that was much more serious. |
Grahame Parish (436) 481 posts |
Just doing something obvious that means you will be stopped when you are already doing something else that’s iffy is especially dumb though. |

Speaking of: I see Trump is looking for the Diminished Responsibility defence. |
