Oh yes, and the little dig that “school computers” can’t do the internet yet (but might have software coming). I assume that refers to the ANT suite, but of cource there were things like KA9Q and !TCPIP and similar around before that with suitable fetchers for Arcweb and so on. But hey, easier just to say “not possible” ;) I was just happy to see any airtime on BBC in mid/late 90s, and recognisable software to boot. |
