For everyone interested: Though someone would be happy with this news as saw they wanted to buy an M1 based machine and run linux on them. |

That would be me. They’ve done the easy bit, and got it to boot up Linux, the hard bit will be utilising the GPU, as unlike the CPU which is based on ARMv8, that is entirely proprietary. |

The GPU thingy is actually on it’s way kind of…reverse engineering top notch…see here part IV from Alyssa Rosenzweig’s Blog and the former ones… |
