I have just move this from the discussion of changes to the forum topics (AKA Forum quality) as it is more appropriate here.

Maybe, I am just in a not too good mood because my bank has just changed the online banking. It is certainly different, but no better. And it now just looks all grey and drab. Why do the management let such people loose with technology?
