Is there a way in RISC OS to input an enya character without resorting to !Chars (as used in the Title above)? Acute and grave accents are ok eg. Alt + [ + e gives é, and alt + ] e gives è, but I can’t find a way to get the characteristic Spanish character. |

Press Alt + comma, then release both keys and press N. |

This wiki page lists the Alt key functions and (after the correction I just made) now shows Alt+comma then n or N gives ñ or Ñ. |

You could use my Virtual Keyboard Vkeyboard and have s board with the characters you use as a board. Hi Kevin – I just got round to trying this but got an abort error when clicking on the newly created blank keyboard.

Strange in devlopement this has never came up and I can’t reproduce the error. You click on the Add/Edit Board button Then click on Create Give the new board a name and click on the Crate a new Board button Enter what you want on the edit board and click Save … Repeat for each of the 4 states and when finished click onthe Close and open keyboard button? |
