I gave up on MMU in unicorn, but just saw your post on github. I have made a archive for you:
http://micken.se/pix/mmutest.tgz (no directory so extract it to a new one) and it does include the arm binary.

However you need printouts in unicorn to see the issue. It runs until MMU is active , when it is active the physical address in unicorn is the same as the mmu map. That addres is way out of the physical space. So crash.

I am perfectly aware of that it isn’t the best code regarding mmu tables, but I tried to make it as short as possible. I regret now that I didn’t comment it .. now I don’t remember :D

It is also possible to reproduce with a RISC OS rom. I think you now that rom lives in ffCxxx something … if started with unicorn it runs to mmu activation but crashes right there
