Anyone here know if a UK born citizen living abroad -can vote in a uk General election – it seems that the 15 year limit was changed? |

They were going to change it, but didn’t. I would have liked to have been able to vote in a certain referrendum… |

Westminster barely sees beyond the region encompassed by the orbital. As for an early election, Johnson only called it because he was up against Corbyn. Whatever the reason, he was extremely hated (much the same as Trump getting in because H.Clinton was the alternative). Now? Well polling suggests most of them will lose their cushy seats, so it would be extremely crazy (even by the standards of this so-called government) to call a snap election. But given the party members put Truss into power, I can’t help but think the odds are good that Johnson will be back. [for you non Brits – please don’t ask us, we don’t have an effing clue either] |

Or who she assessed as less capable than her, which given her dubious assessment of her own capabilities, might be a somewhat larger field. |

I was thinking of referring to her first choice for chancellor as a cabbage, but I suspect that might be an insult to cabbages. |
