Dolphin file manager and Pinebook

One of the things I appreciate about the RISC OS desktop is that, unlike Windows, it does not conflate input focus with top of the window stack . One of the major purposes of a desktop, IMHO, is to let the user put input into a window while ensuring that several others are open so that they can be consulted without being obscured by the window with input focus. Unfortunately, most Linux GUIs copy Windows behaviour, at least in their default configuration. I have Manjaro-ARM on my Pinebook, with the Dolphin window manager. Does anybody know how to configure Dolphin so that it behaves like RISC OS when it comes to input focus? |
