Yes it is great. More like a nice WM rather then desktop. My setup with Xvfb is very nice. Having a gui session running all the time without running X11 to display on the host. I like NeXT and OPENSTEP as a concept, but not the window management. |

Used to work at a large telecommunications company in the 90’s. The development workstations we used were from SUN, CDE on Solaris was a perfect combination. |
