Yes, that’s the only way to do nested quotes.

Yes/No/Maybe. The problem is that Textile has been around since 2002, and since this is a Ruby site we’ll probably be using RedCloth, which isn’t exactly up to date. I can’t find it in the website sources (but, then, Ruby reads like gibberish to me) to see what exactly is supported, but whatever, we have an older version of Textile. I’m sure there have been additions and upgrades in the past twenty three years. To put this in terms for RISC OS users, the command We’re the A3000.
https://textile-lang.com/ but note that it’ll be documenting Textile now, not Textile then. To be honest, half the time I simply include inline HTML because Textile is…eccentric…in the most annoyingly obtuse way possible. |
