Who maintains NSTheme ?

I had a look at the NetSurf bug tracker, but there does not appear to be an option for the add-on “NSTheme”. The application !Help file describes, briefly, the file format instead of saying useful things like who the author is. ;-)

When run, alongside NetSurf 3.0, it bombs out leaving an hourglass running and the following recorded as stderr:

If I create an empty configuration file, that line goes away and it crashes with the above (minus the missing file line). I’ve bumped up WimpSlot, but this makes no difference.

Can’t tell you the version – it won’t start. I downloaded it from the NetSurf site about an hour ago, so it ought to be “the latest”.
