I don’t have anything ready… yet… but I spent a half hour just now looking for a guide or something of how to submit software to be listed in !Store. …so… …has anybody come up with a quick guide to getting software listed on !Store? |

You need to get an account on http://www.plingstore.org.uk/ and then manage your software through it. If you log in to the site, you can add new titles then upload archives and screenshots. I’m not sure how you get an account, though. The account I have also works as a user account in !Store itself, but I had the account created for me by R-Comp ages ago so I’ve no idea if the converse works for accounts created via !Store. If he’s not reading this, the person to ask would be Alan Wrigley — he develops and administers the system as far as I know. |

It is extremely easy to upload stuff – a zip containing the software which !Store opens when it is downloaded plus one or two images and some description of what the software does. The on-line buttons are pretty self explanatory once you have an account for upload. It is much simpler than !RiscPkg but does not handle dependencies or do auto updates for the user. If your software is paid-for (rather than free) that introduces an extra layer of complexity. |

IIRC you need to contact Andrew to set you up with an account. Once that’s done, you can toddle over to www.plingstore.org.uk, log-in, go to the page for uploading an application, fill in the form with all the details, and upload. |

Thanks everybody! I’ll get in touch with Andrew when I’m closer to something to offer. |
