Spam from "Rick Murray"

Recently some of you will have received a spam email with a single dodgy looking link claiming to be from “Rick Murray”.
Obviously, this wasn’t from me. It has nothing to do with me except for using my name and sending to people that I had “recently” (from when to when?) been in touch with.
It was Yahoo! that got compromised. Or, rather, apparently some sort of third party that they conveniently seemed to share data with (including plain text passwords?), unless that was a convenient “not my fault guv” excuse?
