Epiphany Browser

I am using Raspbian Jessie on an Rpi3. Its browser, Epiphany, has menus with no borders. This is visually annoying as it makes it easy to confuse submenu dialog boxes. Entering about:config does not seem to do anything. I have no idea where the browser keeps its webkit resource files. Does anybody have any ideas how to make Epiphany use menus with borders?

Probably a text config file hiding somewhere in the /usr/share/ stuff
