Switcher Enhancement

So that the ROM builds don’t need to support each of the three power off methods. I’ve suggested we should have an expanded API but not had a response.

Surely the longest-standing interface is the Portable module which dates back to the A4 – specifically Portable_CommandBMU?

Willi Theiss uses the multiple shutdown options as per RO6, in his Panda & IGEPv5 builds and submitted them to ROOL but ROOL have declined to take up the suggestion:-(
