Mouse Pointer Colour in Configure

I wish that the colour of the pointer be configurable in the Configuration application. The pale blue outline and dark blue (or is it black?) of it’s interior don’t show up well against the default grey pinboard. Don’t say “change the pinboard colour” as I prefer the near plain unobtrusive default backdrop. On the big screens we all use now, sometimes I can’t quickly see where the pointer is. Also, if its size can be configured, that would help.
Don’t say “use flasher” and, yes, I know the colour can be changed with a VDU command, presumably stuck in an Obey file somewhere in !Boot, but I don’t think that is user friendly.

You want Joe Taylors ‘Pointer’ application, in particular the ‘pcfg/zip’ which contains a !Boot merge which will put ‘Pointer’ in the Configuration window.

Can you give a web address for it? I couldn’t see it on the two Joe Taylor’s websites I know.
After trying various obvious phrases with DuckDuckGo search engine, in desperation I tried using pcfg/zip and the first entry was “Putnam County Fish and Game”.
