Subversion (SVN) client for RISC OS

Based on zero information, I would guess one of two things:

1. Filename handling (ie .svn/) is going wrong and it’s failing to open files it thinks it should. Perhaps it tries to open files that aren’t valid RISC OS filenames and that aren’t getting translated correctly (assuming you’re on Unixlib). That means it can’t manipulate database files correctly.
2. Something in sqlite isn’t happy with the RISC OS environment. For example it tries to launch threads or mmap() and discovers it can’t, which causes it to bail with a different error

I’d probably put my money on #1.

I have no knowledge of the codebase of SVN, so that’s the problem regarding both solving my problem and to know how easy it would be to go back to the old release of svn regarding that part only. I would expect it to be difficult but it’s difficult to know. And anyway not something I’m really motivated to use a lot of time on, hence my feeling of having to give up.

When it comes to a list of error codes, as mentioned, I really have not much knowledge how SVN works so it’s probably not easy to create the list you are interested in. However, should I get somewhere I will let you know :)

Hmmm, that seems like a very good theory, I probably should have thought about that myself. I should probably be able to find where in the codebase it tries to access the db filename and see what filename it is actually using. If I do that, I suppose this should be very fixable… Thanks for suggesting this!
