How stands RISC OS with regard to USB 3?

An updated USB stack is needed. There is a bounty for that: https://www.riscosopen.org/bounty/polls/27

The latest NetBSD stack has USB3 support, so you “just” need an XHCI driver for the hardware that supports USB3, i.e. the OMAP5 platforms and the RPi 4(00).
