BuildSys - DDE update & detect

Hi, may I pass on a few suggestions for the BuildSys – basically due to oddities I was experiencing:

After I got a new DDE version, I assumed that it will suffice to ensure it has been seen and then to run the Prepare app to put the new version into the BuildSys – but the existing, old one was not replaced; once I deleted e.g. Library.Acorn.cc and reran Prepare the new cc executable did show. It seems that in Library.InstallTools in the copy options you want to replace the “~F” by a “F” since once I did that the old version was replaced by the new one.

As a matter of fact you do mention in your guidelines that it is advisable that standard DDE has not been seen when using the BuildSys to ensure the paths related to DDE do not interfere with the ones of BuildSys.
Perhaps the Build app can upon start do a quick check and if some SetPaths variable has been set tell the user (not sure if this applies to GCC, Perl, … etc. too). If that is the case perhaps checking they point inside the BuildSys path might be a nice one.
