Taskwindow with private cli set

This must have come up many times before but i could not find it in the forum yet.

I would like to see task windows that have a private set of system variables.
The CWD (current working directory) is one of the most annoying. Without much notice you just might be in a different directory than you thought you were.
Most variables will not change due to the fact that they are app specific or more general.

Perhaps it is just me gotten accustomed to how shells work on other systems ;-)
