Pi Hour slow

My Pi is getting time from the network but is running on GMT rather than British Summer Time (DST is ‘automatic’ but clearly thinks it is Winter).

There’s a small bug in the plugin that means it doesn’t accurately reflect the auto flag when you change it behind its back. If you untick-set-retick-set it should do what you expect (or type *CONFIGURE AutoDST, or wait 2 weeks until we’re back on GMT!).
