DiscDev build fail, 2019-03-26.

Today, 26Mar19, there is a DiscDev Source code archive, as expected prompted by an AcornHTTP change to deal with a potential issue when also using AcornSSL. There is no corresponding nightly beta HardDisc4 build, which suggests an error.

A home build falls over on AcornTTP :-

AcornSSL itself is not yet in the public cvs but in this case it would appear to be just a header missing in DiscDev.Export.APCS-32.C.Interface.h.AcornSSL.
