Volume issues in 28-Oct-12 RPi ROM?

Anyone experiencing issues with volume not being loaded on reboot properly?

It’s saved properly (Sound in !Configure has the right volume setting), but it seems to not be loaded until you adjust the volume, and it’s maxed out before you change it.
