SDCreate... Help! 2

Trying to create a new SD card for a BeagleBoard -xM Rev C1. Using SDCreate 1.27 I’m getting the error,‘Decompressing blank image…. Bad input for module Squash at 175’. It does appear to be making the partitions – one small FAT32 32MiB and another labelled SCSI::C48C-3C35.$ – but getting no further. This is with both SCSIFS 1.35 & 1.33. The same thing happens if I select write to file rather than to uSD.

I’m doing this with the latest ROM in the BB, using the same ROM version for SDCreate. I’m using the same files, MLO and U-BOOT, that I’ve used successfully in the past. PlingBoot is a nightly updated version. FrontEnd is 1.34 and DDEUtils is 1.75.

I replace the ROM on my BB -xM with the ROM version 5.24, 29-Apr-2018. SDCreate functions without error successfully producing an SDImage with the same files used as above.

Same applies to SDCreate which freezes with current ROM but works with 5.24. seen post from last November.

I have the same error for a Touchbook.
