RISCOS Build fails on International Messages

While I was fiddling with the CDDriver code I tried to build the RISC OS ROMs/HardDisk and failed on the International Messages side.

Since the sources are on a Fat32FS disc, I think I got into the problem of non-ordered folder content of a non-FileCore FS for which there seems to be a fix waiting to be reviewed since quite a few months already.
