User ID link in documentation broken?

Earlier today I created IIC and IIC_Control. Down at the bottom it has a link to the profile of the last editor, the page (for me, that is) exists just fine – but the documentation links from IIC/IIC_Control do not link but instead have the red question mark for creating new content – ignoring the fact that content is already there.

Bug?

It’s linking to a user page ala Wikipedia.

Wonder if you could use JavaScript to redirect it to your forum user profile page.

I have created a Wiki user profile page – here:

You will see at the bottom it says:
Created on December 2, 2012 12:50:56 by Rick Murray (539)? (90.32.1.204)
My name is not underlined. Clicking the question mark will take you to a blank form for creating a new version of my profile.

If I go to edit the current version, copy the content, and then paste it into the blank “new” content page, I receive the following message when I save:

You have tried to save page ‘Rick Murray (539)’ without changing its content.

This is obviously a bug, as the page does exist, the content is there, only the little link at the bottom for who did the last revision…is broken.

To demonstrate for certain, copy the URL that the link would open.
Paste it into your URL bar, but don’t go to it.
You’ll see it says “…/wiki/documentation/new/Rick…”.
Change “new” to say “show”. Go there.

The URLs for the pages are different, the user page is /show/ but the linked from the document page is /new/

Ah, so it’s not updating the past references properly, I think.
